New Debit Card

If you need a new debit card, stop in at our branch and a Personal Banker will be able to assist you.

Debit Card Activation

Once you receive your new debit card, sign the back of the card and call us at 1-815-933-0570 to activate the card. Once activated, you can immediately use your card anywhere Visa® is accepted.

Replacement Debit Card

If your debit card is lost or stolen, contact us immediately so we can close the card and issue a new one.

  • Call us immediately at 1-815-933-0570, or after hours call 1-800-236-2442, so we can deactivate the card and review your current transactions for any unauthorized charges.
  • Stop by to see us in person to complete an application for a new card.
  • A new card will be mailed to you within 7-10 business days.

Lost or Stolen Debit Card

Understanding Daily Debit Card Limits

There is a daily maximum limit on the dollar amount and the number of transactions that you can make using your Bank of Bourbonnais Debit Card. Your card also has a maximum limit on the dollar amount of cash withdrawals each day that you can make at an ATM.

Choose Debit and using your PIN number

  • $500 per day transaction limit up to 20 transactions per day

Choose Credit and using your signature

  • $500 per day transaction limit up to 20 transactions per day

ATM withdrawal limits

  • $500 per day up to 10 transactions per day

AFT (account funding transactions)

  • $500 per day up to 20 transactions per day
